Sopron hosts the second largest festival in Hungary the VOLT festival opening today until the 7th of July. This years star guests include Philadelphia band The Roots and Coldcut (DJ pair from England) along with Massive Attack, The Prodigy (British), Korn (US), Koop (Sweeden), Fort Knox Five (US), Louie Austen (Austria), Touch and Go and German band Tube-Tech.
Tent city is being raised by the enthusiasts arriving from near and far. The festival costs somewhat less than the Sziget Festival making it an equally attractive entertainment source preceding the Sziget in August.
If you are interested in making it to Sopron (Lover Camping), daily tickets are 6,000 HUF at the gate or weekly tickets at 15,900 HUF at the gate. Campsite is included in the admission price.
