You may be near the heart of Hungarian tradition and culture yet not have to pay capital city prices. Monok boast of history of its own – the famous revolutionary Kossuth Lajos was born here. If you are interested in tracing your roots or walking along the paths of history, this is the place for you.


An old country house with a welcoming kitchen awaits you with hearty meals. The guest houses are located on the same enclosed, large, landscaped yard from where you can see the surrounding hills and catch sight of grazing animals.
