Both the Budapest Card and the Hungary Card provide visitors with a coupon booklet and card entitling them to two or three day's free public transportation and discounts at museums, galleries, various restaurants, shops, swimming pools and some guided tours. Budapest Card provides these discounts throughout Budapest. 2-Day Budapest card 4,350HUF, 3-Day Budapest Card 5,450HUF.
The Hungary Card extends beyond the capital and valid for one year. The visitor is given discounts for excursion boat rides on the Balaton, discount (up to half-price) domestic train and bus tickets, admission to museums, the circus, discount at some restaurants and hotels. 10,000HUF
