Like all habits they form in 6 weeks time, this too can become a habit that will be like second nature to you and the difference will be not only felt by you but visible in the mirror. What our bodies were created for primarily was motion. No wonder then that moving your body will help wake it up as well as prepare it for rest. Many people prefer to exercise in the morning and take a gentle walk to wind down at the end of the day. What I'm about to suggest to you is yoga. Yes, there ARE many kinds and you need to be careful never to do anything that hurts.
