Corporate Social Responsibility - PWA Lectures

Corporate Social Responsibility - March 8, 2010
The Mini-MBA series presented by the PWA will hold its third installment of lectures.

The topic of discussion is Corporate Social Responsibility and will be held in a panel format. The panelists will range in business experiences and positions as well as nationalities to complete the diversity required for such an important topic.

Specifically, the panel will include Professor Peter Hardi, Director of the Central European University Business School's Center on Business and Society; Nancy Wildfeir-Field, USAID Regional Global Development Alliance Advisor for Europe & Eurasia; and Katalin Ertsey, Managing Partner and Senior Consultant at Capilano Consulting.

The event will be held on Monday, March 8th at the CEU Business School (room 101). It will start promptly at 18:00. The fee for members is 2,000 HUF and for non-members the fee is 3,000 HUF.

Calendula Infused Soy Oil

Ingredients
1/2 cup dried calendula flowers
3/4 to 1 cup organic soybean oil
Vitamin E oil
Orange essence oil

Instructions:
Place flowers in an 8-ounce Mason jar; pour in soybean oil until jar is nearly full. Drizzle with Vitamin E oil and mix with a wooden stirrer. Seal jar tightly.

Place in a paper bag or cool, dark cupboard for at least two weeks to let herbs infuse the oil. With a wire mesh strainer, strain oil into a sterilized jar. Strain again through a cheesecloth or coffee filter.

Drizzle finished oil with 2 to 3 drops orange essence oil, if desired.
