The castle hotel is located in the southern part of Heves County in Hungary by the Tisza Lake at Poroszlo. [GPS coordinates N47.64130 – E20.64250] The castle was built in 1900 and remodeled recently to provide rooms and apartments for guests along with conference facilities for the business community.
It is easily accessible from Budapest and ideal for adults and families alike. There is a wellness facility within the hotel and for the more active, bicycle rental is available.
The guest rooms of the castle are located on the ground floor and the top floor under the roof. All rooms have a private bath as well as a TV, fridge, double bed, coffee table and chairs. Rooms are air conditioned.
Apartments are also available on the castle grounds for larger groups or families. These are suitable for 4-6 persons and are 70 m2 in size containing a bathroom with a tub, completely equipped kitchen, living room and balcony.
Restaurant and Conference facility The restaurant is located on the castle grounds. On its first floor there is a 300 m2 conference facility that may be divided into two 150 m2 conference rooms. The conference room(s) are equipped with TV, video, CD/DVD player, projector, screen and flip chart. The conference facility is free of charge if participants are staying at the hotel.
The Club also caters weddings, family events or other social gatherings. The restaurant prepares local and regional dishes with equal ease.

It is referred to as "Luxury at the end of the world", tucked away in a tiny village (16 permanent residents) in Zala county close to the Croatian/Slovenian/Austrian border.
The facility was initially opened in 1999 as a pension. At the altitude of 300 meter and clean fresh air it was a wonderful place to come and recharge. Due to its popularity the facility was continuously enlarged and at present they have 25 well furnished rooms where guests find what they were expecting.
The spa section offers bathrobes, a Mediterran pool, light therapy, Jacuzzi, lap pool, Finnish and infra sauna and massage. Bikes are available for riding in the pristine air and outdoor seating for sumptuous meals.
The hotel is child friendly and offers cots, high chair, potty and playground for the children in your life.

This intimately small hotel is located in one of Hungary's historic spots - in the shadows of the castle of Eger. There is no Hungarian who does not know of the battles between their ancestors and the occupying Turks preserved for eternity by the novel "Egri Csillagok" (Stars of Eger).
There are also three pools located in its neighborhood: Bitskey Aladar covered pool, the Turkish Baths and the Thermal.

Healing waters, beautiful countryside and not a great distance from Budapest. All of these things are true for the Palace Hotel at the western edge of Balaton in the city of Heviz.
