It had become known as the anti-diet. It is being practiced in some very fancy circles (Harvard School of Public Health and the California campus of Google to mention just two).
So what is mindful eating? The deliberate enjoyment of each bite of the food you place into your mouth. The theory is that obesity as well as diminished overall food satisfaction comes from our fast paced living. We do all that is expected of us pretty much on automatic pilot.
